Normally when you changed the logo image from theme customizer but you can’t find it when you view your website. It means, you selected the “Header Content” as the main header option. Please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Navigation > General > Display Header Content From and check the current setting there.
So you have to customise header element including logo image using Elementor instead. You can also find detailed instruction about “Setting up header & navigation menu using Elementor” here.
